A great perk of our subscription is you can budget knowing exactly how much the work you request will cost you every month. No hidden fees. No hourly charges. The primary exception to this is if you are not on a subscription and instead are on a quoted project. Regardless of a subscription or a quoted project, if a request you asked for requires integration with a third party service or product with their own associated cost, you will be responsible for those charges.

We will do our utmost best to ensure your satisfaction. While we cannot offer any kind of refund, if for some reason we are unable to turn things around for you after a point of continued attempts, we will discuss the termination of your subscription. A termination fee may apply under certain conditions.

When you request design work, we can do anything from full websites, landing pages, blogs, graphic design work, logos, infographics and more – dependent on your subscription. We do offer in-house video editing. However, if there is something we don't do in house, we can resource and manage that work for a separate cost from your monthly subscription.

No. Unlike other marketing agencies, if you don't like what we are doing, just cancel. Preferable with a 30 days notice so we can turn everything off without losing money on our end.

Payment is due the first day of every month. When you sign up for a subscription, you are automatically registered in auto-pay to ensure you never miss a payment and your service goes uninterrupted. Auto-pay is a requirement of your agreement and cannot be disabled.
